Global Country Properties is currently locating and developing projects in Chile and Argentina in the lakes region near Patagonia. Why? Primarily because of the pristine and outright gorgeous lakes, streams and mountains of the area. In fact, Chile has a longer and stronger history of legal property ownership than that of the US! Unlike what is happening in the US and UK presently, Chile also has laws against deficit spending that could upset their economy by degrading the value of their money. Pristine properties available in both countries abound.
