Global Country Properties has four levels of membership. The two lower levels are for those who do not yet have the funds to purchase property but who still want to have their money protected and earning more. As a current member, you can upgrade to the next level at any time by meeting the deposit requirements. The upper levels are for those who want to make the property purchase soon and want to be in on the original land purchase for maximum asset appreciation.

All membership levels include a numbered account in a private, Internet-only credit union, fully licensed in Sweden. Members with funds on deposit receive higher interest rates than banks because of the structure of credit unions and because of the required safety of member funds. All credit union investment loans are secured by real estate, never exceed 10% of property value and are primarily swing loans for developers in countries outside the US where property ownership and lending recourse laws are strongest. As a result, members can hold their purchase funds in an ultra-safe environment while making higher returns than in any banks.

Basic Membership (US$995 Set-up Fee plus $100 Annual Maintenance Fee)
	Basic Members receive a primary credit union account, secure, private internet-only access to your account, a no-name debit card for ATM use and access to additional investment and international services. Your account is identified by number only and is managed by you through a secure third party electronic interface. However, it does not include high interest bearing term deposits until you move to the next level. No taxes are ever withheld nor are any balances or earnings reported to anyone.
Preferred Membership ($495 Set-up Fee and $50 Annual Fee)
	Preferred members receive all the same credit union benefits as the Basic membership, plus high earnings on term deposit. The Preferred level requires a minimum 1 year term deposit of $10,000. You'll be paid a guaranteed 2% quarterly (8% annually) as a deposit to your checking account through a third party. Two and three year terms pay substantially more. No taxes are ever withheld nor are any balances or earnings reported to anyone.
VIP Membership ($295 Set-up Fee and $25 Annual Fee)
	VIP members get all the same credit union benefits as the Basic membership, plus high earnings on term deposits and negotiable term packages. The VIP level requires a minimum deposit of $100,000 to be held for the purchase of your country property property. You'll be paid a guaranteed 2.5% quarterly (10% annually) as a deposit to your checking account through a third party. Deposits of $300,000 and more or specifying 1,2 or 3 year term deposits can receive higher earnings. No taxes are ever withheld nor are any balances or earnings reported to anyone.
Inner Circle Membership (No Set-up Fee and No Annual Fee)
	As a preferred Inner Circle member you receive all the same credit union benefits as the Basic membership, plus high earnings on your deposit, personal services and participation options. The Inner Circle level requires a term deposit of $1,000,000 that is negotiable in term and risk management. You'll be paid a guaranteed 3% or more quarterly (12% annually) as a deposit to your checking account through a third party. You'll also be afforded the best in private banking services, direct investment opportunities and first notice of impending major land purchases. No taxes are ever withheld nor are any balances or earnings reported to anyone.

Of these four membership levels, only the top two, the VIP and Inner Circle, are immediately able to join in the property purchase for a new country property tract. VIP and Inner Circle members share equally in the cost of a tract and the division of the parcels within. Inner Circle members are able to purchase multiple parcels for resale or rental as well as have access to Global Country Properties agents and contacts for their own specific purchases. All members enjoy higher and safer earnings on their funds, can use the services of our private consultants and have access to any of the Global Country Properties for rental or for future purchase.
