Frequently Asked Questions

We get a few questions from people before they try Virutase. The answers to these questions may answer yours before you have to ask it. Take a look and see if anyone else had the same thought as you. If not and you still have questions, please contact us so we can answer you directly.

What exactly is Virutase?
Virutase is a highly refined extract of fulvic and humic acids. These acids occur naturally in certain types of soil and contain many essential components of life. The patented process took 15 years to complete and takes the best components of both acids. Check out some of the links for more information.

How does Virutase work?
The tablets contain 250mg of the active ingredient. When taken, the Virutase enters the bloodstream as a large, flat molecule that has the ability to interfere with viruses attaching to healthy blood cells. When the virus cannot attach or invade the blood cell, it starves and dies. Then the body's own immune system can flush the virus from the body naturally.

Can't I just take fulvic or humic acid instead?
You could but unless refined, only a tiny amount gets into the system, far too small an amount to combat a cold. You could eat the dirt or try some of the liquid fulvic acid potions out there but to get the same effect, you'd need to drink a lot and be on it for years. It's just very weak.

Will Virutase cure my hacking cough?
Virutase will not cure anything. Keeping an active virus from attaching to blood cells stops the cough and cold progress because your immune system can get rid of the virus. A natural result of fewer viruses is no more coughing as the cold process is halted.

Will Virutase cause problems with the medications I am taking?
All testing, study and actual use by people taking Virutase or the active ingredient indicate that there is absolutely no side effect or detectable interaction. Just the same, if you are taking any medication for heart disease or a life threatening illness, please consult your doctor first. Same with any strong prescribed commercial drug.

Why isn't this in the store?
It will be soon. For now, as we introduce it to people, we need to keep others from making wild claims about it curing everything from headaches to broken bones.

Is Virutase FDA approved?
No it is not. Since it is a natural substance and simply refined from naturally occurring components, it is a food supplement that does not come under the FDA authority. We also may no claims as to it curing  anything. What we do is present actual people with actual usage telling their own stories so you can make up your own mind..

Why haven't I heard about this before?
The chemist who developed Virutase is an incredibly gifted scientist but knows nothing about worldwide marketing. After 15 years of hard work, and many successes in development and testing, only now has he allowed us to bring it to market in a proper and controlled manner.

Will Virutase cure cancer?
Evidence from the scientific community suggests that it may help in cervical cancer only because this cancer is caused by a virus (http://www.health-science-report.com/cervical-dysplasia/cervical-cancer/cervical-cancer-virus.html). Otherwise, no, it is only effective in treating viral infections. For more information on virus and cancer links look here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3159593.stm

How long should I take Virutase?
That is up to you. Many of us take a pill a day to prevent colds and flu, especially during the winter months. Some take it twice a day to keep flare-ups from herpes or shingles from occurring. Many of us take 1 to 2 tablets per day all year long to make sure we don't get anything. Others only take it during the cold and flu season. If you have a long term virus such as herpes or shingles, one to two tablets every day should keep flare-ups from reoccurring.

How much should I take and can it hurt me?
According to the chemist who developed it and the laboratories that tested it, even at very high doses, Virutase is completely non-toxic and no one has reported any reactivity. The standard dose for elimination of a virus is 3 to 6 tablets per day until the symptoms disappear and then one to two a day thereafter. Remember that Virutase only helps the body get rid of a virus so without the maintenance dose of one or two a day you can still get reinfected.

Since herpes is a virus, will this cure my herpes?
As mentioned before we cannot claim any curing. However, several people have reported that it has shortened the herpes outbreak and in some cases, has prevented outbreaks for many months at a time. The National Institutes of Health tested it with herpes simplex 1 and 2 and herpes zoster (shingles) and found it to be highly effective in eliminating the virus (see the test report section).

HIV and AIDS are caused by a virus---will this help?
Early in-vitro testing indicates it may be effective but it needs full testing in humans before any conclusions can be drawn. There are several groups around the world testing HIV patients now. If it can be documented that it helps you'll see it here first.
